Chairperson
Jon has a technical and charity fundraising background. He has been lucky enough to be involved in the school from what was just a big idea. He knows the area well having visited many times since meeting Dixon in 1997 in South Africa.

Dixons compassion drives him to see the lives of these orphans and vulnerable children impacted by the practical application of the gospel. He is on a mission to ensure they are well equipped and become a generation that will be dependable for the positive change of the society.

Felix is a medical practitioner, champion for GLOW Charity policies, Child safe guarding and Secretary General to the Charity. He brings a wealth of knowledge on policy implementation for the betterment and safety of the children in the GLOW School creating an enabling environment for the learners and teachers.

Celestine is a health practitioner with a vast knowledge in Nursing and a passion for children's wellbeing and mental health to the program leading to a holistic approach to the wellbeing of both teachers and children.

George has more than 15 years’ experience working with vulnerable children. He is highly motivated and passionate about safeguarding children and building an inclusive environment focusing on improving their wellbeing.
