The school
At GLOW School Kenya we believe every child deserves a chance, no matter where they're born. In a remote region where education, food and healthcare are often out of reach, we step in with hope and opportunity. Every day we provide quality education, two nutritious meals and vital care to the poorest and most vulnerable children.

Why give
Every penny goes direct to Kenya. This is love in action, and you'd struggle to make your money do more anywhere else.

Well over 70% of people here live below the poverty line, far beyond the level considered 'extreme'. Most parents can only work when they can find it, and pay ranges from 20p to £1.20 a day. Many of the children are orphans.
Teachers are seeing students gain hope and dream of futures that impact their community. Without GLOW, nearly all of these children would not be in education at all, and the school would not exist.
Jon Air, our UK Chair of Trustees, has known Kenyan founder Bishop Dixon Ojwang for over 25 years. A local leader known across the community, Dixon gave his own inherited land to make this school possible.
We're small, which means nothing here gets lost in overheads — your support is felt directly. And if you'd like to fundraise for GLOW, we'd love to hear from you.
